This traditional Cuban dish is a thin steak that's cooked in less than 5 minutes!  It's smothered in onions, garlic and lime juice for bold flavor


Canola oil 6-8 oz palomilla steaks Lime juice Minced garlic cloves Thinly sliced onions salt


Pat your steaks dry with a paper towel and season with salt. Heat olive oil cook the steak for 1 minute on each side. Remove the steaks from the pan and add to the same pan the lime juice, onions and garlic. Cook until translucent then pile the onions and minced garlic on top of the cooked steak. Serve immediately
