Ingredients 

– All-purpose flour – Sugar – Butter – Eggs

STEP 1

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together in a large mixing bowl. Add milk, vanilla extract, melted butter, and 1 egg; mix until smooth.

STEP 2

Spray the inside of your metal biscuit cutter with non-stick spray and place it in the pan. Using your ice cream scoop, scoop the batter into biscuit cutter.

STEP 3

In the center of the pancake add about 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and use a toothpick to lightly mix it the maple syrup into the pancake while it cooks in the pan.

STEP 4

Cook until bubbles form and the edges of the cakes are dry, about 2 minutes.

STEP 5

While your pancakes are cooking, in a separate frying pan cook your bacon slices or sausage patties.
