Popeyes Blackened Ranch Copycat

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried chives
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 ½ teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon red pepper or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Juice of half a lime
Whisk together the mayo, sour cream and milk until smooth.
Add your herbs and spices to the buttermilk mixture. Whisk until combined.
Add the lime juice and whisk again.
Pour into an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- If you want a thicker ranch, add extra mayonnaise to this recipe.
- Salt to your personal taste
- Let the dip sit in the fridge for atleast an hour. This will bring out the flavors and firm it up.
