Spring Sangria
Refreshing white wine sangria made with fresh spring fruit

- 2 750 ml bottles of white wine of choice I used a pinot grigio
- ½ cup Fresh Kiwi chopped
- ½ cup Fresh Strawberries chopped
- ½ cup Peaches chopped
- 1 Lemon sliced
- 1 Blood Orange sliced
- ½ cup Pinapple chopped
- ½ cup Mango chopped
- ¾ cup Grand Marnier
- 2 sprigs Fresh Mint more for garnish
- Club soda optional
- ½ cup Simple Syrup
Place the mint sprigs, mango, pineapple, kiwi, peaches, blood orange and lemon into a large pitcher.
Add the white wine, Grand Marnier and simple syrup to the pitcher. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but ideally over night.
When serving, pour the sangria and fruit into glasses. If desired, add a splash of club soda.
Garnish with a mint and a mint sprig.
Variations and substitutions for this easy drink recipe
Don't have grand marnier? Opt for triple sec or even brandy.
Want your spring fruit sangria to be a little sweeter? Stir in some agave, maple syrup or add more simple syrup.
Although this sangria is vegetarian, you can make it vegan friendly by using a vegan wine.
Don't have blood oranges? Use whatever fresh citrus you like! You can add whatever fresh spring seasonal fruit you prefer like apricots or cherries
Don't have club soda? Opt for seltzer water or even your favorite lemon lime soda.
Don't want to use white wine? That's fine! You can use your favorite white wine like pinot noir or merlot and make it a red wine sangria.
Storage
This sangria will keep in the refrigerator for upto 3 days in an airtight container.
