Popeyes Blackened Ranch Copycat

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried chives
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Juice of half a lime

Instructions

  • Whisk together the mayo, sour cream and milk until smooth.
  • Add your herbs and spices to the buttermilk mixture. Whisk until combined.
  • Add the lime juice and whisk again.
  • Pour into an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Notes

  • If you want a thicker ranch, add extra mayonnaise to this recipe.
  • Salt to your personal taste 
  • Let the dip sit in the fridge for atleast an hour. This will bring out the flavors and firm it up.
