Brussel Sprouts With Bacon

These Keto Brussel sprouts with bacon are delicious and are the perfect side dish.

Brussels sprouts are perfect for low carb, gluten-free and keto diets. Additionally, bacon and parmesan major cheese are also low on carbohydrates.

Ingredients 

– Brussel sprouts – Bacon – Onions – Garlic – Red pepper flake

STEP 1

In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat place your chopped bacon and cook until crisp.

STEP 2

To your sauté pan with with bacon grease add your Brussels sprouts. Keep your heat at medium high and stir your Brussels sprouts to coat.

STEP 3

Add your onions, black pepper, salt and red pepper flakes to your brussel sprouts and stir to combine.

STEP 4

Drop your heat to medium low and cover for 2 minutes.

STEP 5

Uncover your sauté pan and give your Brussels sprouts a good stir and toss. Cover again and cook for another 2 minutes.
