Ingredients

– fresh tomatoes – red onion – fresh cilantro – jalapeño peppers – garlic – fresh lime juice – ground cumin – sea salt – black pepper

Instructions

– Chop your onions, garlic, cilantro, tomatoes into small bite size pieces and place in a small bowl. – Wear gloves to handle the jalapeno pepper. Slice the pepper in half and remove seeds. Mince the jalapeno into tiny, small pieces. Adjust the level of heat by adding more or less jalapeno. Add the minced jalapeno to the bowl with rest of homemade salsa – Add to the bowl lime juice, cumin, salt and pepper. – Mix to combine and serve at room temperature.
