Creamy and Spicy Rigatoni Pasta

Ingredients 

– Crushed Calabrian Chili Peppers – Cream Cheese – Tomato Paste – Unsalted Butter – Rigatoni

STEP 1

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, sauté the shallots and garlic in a pan with olive oil. Then, add tomato paste and chilies.

STEP 2

Add in your cream cheese and stir until well incorporated. Once smooth, add in your heavy cream.

STEP 3

Add 1/4 cup of pasta water in the sauce. Then add your cooked pasta into the sauce and gently fold the pasta fully coat each noodle.

STEP 4

Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy.
