Creamy Garlic Lime And Cilantro Sauce

This is my copycat version of Pollo Tropical's cilantro lime sauce.

French fries, grilled chicken, sandwiches, steak, arepas, salads, my toddler… you name it and I'm drenching it with this cilantro lime garlic sauce.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS

Ingredients

– Fresh cilantro – Lime juice – Sour cream – Garlic cloves – Mayonnaise

STEP 1

Start by cutting your lime in half and adding the juice to your food processor.

STEP 2

Then add your cilantro, garlic and spices to your food processor.

STEP 3

Pulse your food processor until the cilantro and garlic are minced.

STEP 4

Then add the mayonnaise and sour cream.

STEP 5

Pulse again until well combined and serve immediately.
