– Place the cinnamon sticks, cloves and star anise into a large pitcher.
– Add the apples, pear, tangerine and cranberries into the pitcher over the spices.
– Add wine, apple cider and cinnamon whiskey to the pitcher. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but ideally over night.
– When serving, pour the sangria and fruit into glasses. If desired, add a splash of club soda.
– Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprig of thyme.
