The Best Rum Cake Recipe
Since several people asked me for this recipe I decided I couldn't keep this gem of a Rum Cake to myself.
This recipe is consistent and delicious every time.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS
– All-purpose flour – Brown sugar – Granulated sugar – Baking powder – Good aged dark rum
Combine dry ingredients and butter. Add to the large bowl, the pudding mix and wet ingredients then combine on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes.
Sprinkle in the chopped walnuts in a Bundt pan.
Pour the batter into the Bundt pan.
Bake for about 55 minutes- until fully golden and tooth pick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack while making the soaking glaze.
