- 16 Blueberries
- 2 cups Pomegranate juice
- 750 ml Brut champagne
Start by making your lychee eyeballs
Drain your lychees from the can.
Carefully place a blueberry into the hollow of your lychee.
Use a cocktail skewer to secure two lychee eyeballs together
Make your mimosas
Pour the chilled champagne into your champagne glasses.
Top your champagne with pomegranate juice.
