- 2 Honey crisp apples thinly sliced
- 1 Bartlett pear thinly sliced
- 1 Orange cut into segments
- 1 cup of fresh cranberries
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 750 ml bottle of dry red wine of choice I used Pinot Noir
- ½ cup of Grand Marnier
- 2 cups of cranberry juice
- ¼ cup simple syrup optional
- 1 cup club soda optional
- Fresh rosemary garnish
Place the cinnamon sticks, apples, pear, tangerine and cranberries into a large pitcher.
Add the red wine, cranberry juice and grand marnier to the pitcher. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but ideally over night.
When serving, pour the sangria and fruit into glasses. If desired, add a splash of club soda.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprig of rosemary.

What type of red wine can I use for this? For this I used a pinot noir, but your can use a cabernet sauvignon, merlot or even a malbec.
Don't want to use red wine? That's fine! You can use your favorite white wine like pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc and make it a white wine sangria.
