Ingredients

  • 13.5 oz can of Dulce de leche cooked sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 13.5 oz can full fat coconut milk
  • 15 oz can cream of coconut Coco Lopez
  • 1 cup aged Puerto Rican rum I used Don Q
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a Dutch oven add the Dulce de leche and evaporated milk, cook over low heat until the dulce de leche has fully cooked down and there are no clumps.
  • Remove from the heat and add to the Dutch oven the remaining ingredients and whisk vigorously until full incorporated.
  • Store in an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
