Watermelon Mojito Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 4 ounces watermelon puree strained
  • Club soda to taste
  • Simple syrup optional if you want it extra sweet
  • Mint sprigs lime slice and small watermelon wedges for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves.
  • Add the watermelon puree, rum, and lime juice to the cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Shake until cold.
  • Add ice to a tom collins glass or your serving glass of choice, and strain in the drink.
  • Top off the glass with soda water or club soda. Garnish with additional mint leaves, watermelon wedges and lime slice.
