Artichoke and Spinach Dip

{Keto and Low Carb}

Artichoke spinach dip is one of my absolute favorite appetizers.

This low carb version of the classic Artichoke and Spinach Dip is so delicious that no one will guess that it's keto friendly!

Ingredients 

– Artichoke Hearts – Frozen Chopped Spinach  – Garlic powder – Romano cheese – Parmesan cheese

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a food processor, pulse the artichokes and spinach until finely chopped.

STEP 2

Stir well and then fold in the artichoke/spinach mixture until well incorporated.

STEP 3

Pour mixture into greased casserole dish then top with ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese.

STEP 4

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F until mixture is bubbly and cheese melted through.

Remove from oven and serve this artichoke spinach dip HOT with your favorite chips.
