Comforting Arroz Con Pollo a la Chorrera

This Arroz Con Pollo a la Chorrera  recipe is perfect for cuddling up on the couch.

It's a Cuban style chicken risotto made with rich spices and finished off with beer.

Ingredients 

– Olive oil – Green and red bell pepper  – Yellow onion chopped – Red tomato chopped – Garlic

STEP 1

In a large sauté pan or Dutch oven, add your olive oil, chopped bell peppers, onions, garlic and tomato.

STEP 2

Add chicken, salt and bouillon cube to pan and increase heat to high, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.

STEP 3

While your chicken is cooking, rinse your Valencia rice.

STEP 4

Add your rinsed Valencia rice to the chicken and increase the heat to medium. Stir occasionally.
