How Do You Make Cuban Arroz Con Leche

In a saucepan, over medium heat, mix the rice, milk, cinnamon, lime peel, anise seeds and salt. Once the milk is mostly evaporated, add an additional cup of milk and stir to incorporate. Once the rice is cooked through, stir in butter and sugar into the cooked rice. Add in the condensed milk and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve warm or chill before serving
