Cuban Espresso Martini

This Cuban Espresso Martini harnesses the rich flavors of Cuban coffee and marrying them with the elegance of a classic martini.

Ingredients 

– Cuban coffee – Kahlua or your choice of coffee liqueur – Vodka – Coffee beans for garnish

STEP 1

Start by making your sweetened Cuban coffee. Allow your Cuban coffee to reach room temperature to avoid a watered down martini.

STEP 2

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add your choice of vodka, coffee liqueur and the Cuban coffee.

STEP 3

Shake well to get the foam on top, and strain it into a cocktail or martini glass.

STEP 4

Finish your drink by garnishing by placing three coffee beans on top.

Variations/Substitutions

Don't have Cuban coffee available? Use your favorite espresso instead. Don't want any sugar in your coffee? Simply omit it.
