STEP 1

Start by making your lychee eyeballs. Drain your lychees from the can. Carefully place a blueberry into the hollow of your lychee.

STEP 2

Pour the chilled champagne into your champagne glasses.

STEP 3

Top your champagne with pomegranate juice. Place your skewer with two lychee and blueberry eyeballs.
