Lemon Ricotta Pound Cake recipe

wHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE RICOTTA CHEESE?

Ingredients 

– All-purpose flour – Baking powder – Salt – Unsalted butter  – Granulated sugar

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

STEP 2

In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Set aside.

STEP 3

Beat the butter on high speed in a large bowl until smooth for 1 minute.

STEP 4

Add the sugar and beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides and up the bottom of the bowl as needed.

STEP 5

With the mixer running on low speed, add the eggs one at a time.
