No Salt Sazon Completa

This is a copycat recipe of Badia's complete seasoning mix and it can be found in many Cuban foods.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons of dried minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons of dried minced onion
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon of dried cumin
  • 1 Tablespoons of black pepper
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons of oregano
  • 1 Tablespoons of salt

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, add all of the herbs and spices. Mix until well combined.
  • Use immediately or store for later use.

Variations and substitutions for this sazon completa recipe

Want a low sodium complete seasoning instead? Adjust the amount of salt to ½ tablespoon of kosher salt to this seasoning blend.
Looking for no-salt sazon completa instead? Simply omit the salt completely. 
Don't have minced onion and minced garlic? Use onion powder and garlic powder instead. 
Want to add some heat to your spice mix? Simply add ½ tablespoon of crushed red pepper to this seasoning mix.

Storage for this Caribbean herb and spice blend

Place this seasoning blend in an airtight sealed container or mason jar and stir at room temperature for up to and 6 months.
