Cuban Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • Ice Cubes
  • oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz Cuban coffee
  • 3 Whole Coffee Beans

Instructions

  • Start by making your sweetened Cuban coffee. Get the recipe here. Once brewed, allow your Cuban coffee to reach room temperature to avoid a watered down martini.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add your choice of vodka, coffee liqueur and the Cuban coffee.
  • Shake well to get the foam on top, and strain it into a cocktail or martini glass.
  • Finish your drink by garnishing by placing three coffee beans on top.

Variations/Substitutions

Don't have Cuban coffee available? Use your favorite espresso instead.
Don't want any sugar in your coffee? Simply omit it.
Don't have vodka? You can use gin instead.

Top Tip
