Place the freeze dried strawberries in a food processor and pulse until a powder forms. Pour the strawberry powder onto a shallow plate.
Rim a margarita glass by running a lime wedge around the edge then dipping it in the shallow plate with strawberry powder. Set the cups aside while you prepare your drink
To a cocktail shaker, add the strawberry jam and tequila. Use a muddler to mash the strawberries preserves in the shaker until they are mashed.
Add to the shaker, coconut milk, chambord, lime juice and ice. Cover it and shake or stir well.
Add ice to your prepared margarita glass. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass and garnish with a whole strawberry.
