Starbucks has released their new iced lavender cream matcha drink as part of their Spring menu and I'm here to bring you a copycat recipe. This drink has a rich lavender flavored foam cream over a delicious iced earthy matcha latte.
The minute Starbucks launched their matcha lavender latte, I knew I had to recreate it. I tapped into my years as a Starbucks barista to recreate this recipe. I tested this lavender matcha about 5 times until I got it to be the perfect Starbucks dupe. I worked at Starbucks for a few years and while there I learned the inner workings of how they make all of their drinks. Making my starbucks copycat recipes as close to the real thing as possible.
