Take your classic mimosa up a level by swapping out orange juice for sweet guava juice. This tropical mimosa makes for the perfect refreshing brunch cocktail!
Growing up as a Cuban in South Florida, eating fresh guavas is part of the culture. So adding this fun spin to a traditional mimosa seemed natural to me. This is a great drink for spring, bridal showers or any hot summer day.
